Woohoo! Finally got up above 10,000 feet today, to Barr Camp. No snow at all! Neil reports that there is no snow up to the Bottomless Pit sign, but then it gets pretty hairy. He estimates it'll be about three weeks before you can get all the way up the Barr Trail to the top of Pikes without special snow equipment.
